Its First Page Out time is as fast as 14 seconds for black prints and 21 seconds for color prints.
It offers high print resolutions up to 1200 × 1200 rendered dpi for black and up to 4800 × 1200 optimized dpi for color.
The model supports automatic duplex printing and handles a recommended monthly volume of 400–800 pages without compromising quality.

Unpack the Printer: Carefully remove the printer from the box and take off all protective materials, including tapes and plastic coverings.
Place the Printer: Position the printer on a stable, flat surface near a power outlet and your computer or router, depending on your connection preference.
Power Connection: Connect the power cord to the printer and plug it into a power source. Press the power button to turn on the printer.
Ink Tank Filling:
- Open the ink tank lids.
- Carefully open each ink bottle and fill the corresponding tank (Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow) by aligning the bottle nozzle with the tank inlet.
- Fill each tank until it reaches the maximum fill line, then securely close the tank lids.
Initial Ink Charging: Once the tanks are filled, the printer will automatically initiate the ink charging process. This may take several minutes.
Software Installation:
- Download the HP Smart App from 123.hp.com or your device’s app store.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network and complete the setup.
Test Print: After setup, perform a test print to ensure the printer is functioning correctly.
